It also allows you to see whether you are one of these people because it also gives you a few scenarios and the outcomes. It gives you a good insight in a bad person been manipulative and how they control people they are around and how it effects others. It also gives you potential reasons why they are manipulative and a semi in depth cause for each reason.
It also touches on body language that people display when they are speaking to other people and what it means which allows you to understand a bit more whether you are been manipulated or not. It’s also great because you can just start to analyse the people in the street and the people you work with and get an understanding on how they are speaking to you as a whole and what they are truly meaning.
It doesn’t go into a whole lot of depth on these topics but it does give you an insight to understanding whether you are been manipulated or not or whether you are manipulating other people. It also helps you with portraying your message better if you develop the body language points. This book also give you sort of advice and guidance on what to do if you are been manipulated and how to deal with this person and behaviour.
The book isn’t the best wrote and has quite a few auto corrections from what I can tell throughout. The punctuation and sentence structure isn’t the best but you can get by and you can gather the information that you truly need. I actually found this book really helpful and have discovered that a few people within my family/friends circle are manipulative people. I also discovered that I have a few manipulative traits too but I think every person we meet will it just depends on the reasons why we become manipulative and what we use it for will mean whether we are a good person or a bad person.
